What really takes the tortilla recipes to the next level is this tahini sauce! It’s simply tahini mixed up with salt and lemon juice and it adds nice creaminess to the wraps. However, you can try to drizzle this dressing on salad as well.

You can prepare them also in advance and store up to 5 days. It takes no longer than 30 minutes to make them.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Whole-wheat tortillas
200 grams chicken breasts / for veggie option falafel, tofu, tempeh
2 gloves of garlic
2tbsp olive oil
Lettuce/ Spinach
Cucumber
Tomato
Red Pepper
Coriander
Salt, Pepper
For dressing:
3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
1tbsp water
Fresh coriander if you like
INSTRUCTIONS:
For garlic chicken, mix olive oil with grated garlic and salt and pepper, add splash of lemon juice and add chicken breasts cut into small pieces.
Let chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In meantime clean up and cut all vegetable into small even pieces and prepare tahini sauce.
For sauce: In bowl mix tahini with lemon juice and salt. Add water and mix until combined, add additional water to thin until you’ve reached desired consistency.
Heat up non-stick pan and add marinated chicken pieces. Fry chicken until slightly brown on the top.
To make the wraps combine all the vegetable and chicken in a whole wheat tortilla wrap
Drizzle your prepared wraps with tahini sauce, wrap and serve.
