INGREDIENTS
Crust:
100g oats biscuits
50g shredded coconut
1 tbsp peanut butter
50g unsalted butter melted
Vanilla flavdrops
Mango pure:
1 large mango
Cheesecake:
500g cream cheese
100ml coconut milk (thick part from can)
50g sugar
2 eggs
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
Vanilla Flavdrops
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350F and spray and line an 8×8 pan.
Combine all of the ingredients for crust in a bowl.
Pour into the baking dish and press it down.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Peal mango and mix with hand blender into pure.
Filling: whisk the cream cheese, sugar, and coconut milk.
Mix in the eggs one at a time.
Pour the batter on top of the crust.
Add the mango pure randomly all around the surface of the batter.
Bake for 50-55 minutes.
Chill for 4 hours and serve
