Struggling with daily protein intake? Start your day right with easy, quick and delicious porridge with 26 grams of protein in portion!


During the winter season there is nothing better than stat a day with a big bowl of porridge. You will love the creamy oats with banana, peanut butter, whey protein and blueberries! This recipe takes only 10 minutes to prepare or can be done in advance, makes it a perfect and heathy breakfast to go.

Porridge is perfect breakfast because oats digest slower and if you will add protein and some healthy fat from nuts or nut butter it will keep you full for longer!

It takes you only 5 to 10 minutes to finishes your oats so it can be super quick and easy breakfast to go. You can also prepare then in advance, simply prepare a pot with all the ingredients, keep in the fridge overnight and in the morning just heat them up in small pan or in microwave.


These oats are perfect as the varieties for this recipe are endless! You can add your flavours toppings or spices which makes your porridge perfect for you! So make sure to try this recipe.

INGREDIENTS


50g oats

10g instant oats vanilla - MyProtein

25g Whey Protein Vanilla - MyProtein

100ml oat milk

Half spoon cinnamon


For topping:

Peanut butter, Banana, Blueberries, Chopped nuts


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix oats and protein together in pot, you can add a half spoon of cinnamon or mixed spices.

  2. Add water or milk and put the pot on medium-high heat

  3. Cook and stir oats for 5 minutes and add water if needed.

  4. Pour the oatmeal into the bowl and top with sliced banana. Next you can add peanut butter, hazelnuts, blueberries and you can add chocolate or honey on top.
