Who also love French toast? Thick slice of bread, soaked in protein mixture, toasted in coconut oil and served with berries, banana and maple syrup, isn’t it sounds like the perfect start of the day? These toasts are so delicious and easy to make, they are ready in just 15 minutes! These French toasts are also full of protein; makes them a perfect breakfast you’ll love!

French toasts are also perfect for Sunday brunch with family or friends, just take your time and do them little bit fancy. Try to swap normal bread for French load bread and you will have not only delicious brunch but also start your day with protein-packed French toasts.

Personally, I think that French toast comes out best if it is made with the wholemeal loaf, but you can use any kind of bread. Also, you can swap normal milk for non-dairy milk of your choice. If you are a coconut fan, try to use coconut milk and topped up with some coconut flakes and you will get delicious coconut French toast!

These healthier French toasts are nourishing and packed with protein instead of the classic version which is really high in calories and full of sugar and butter. Try out this recipe and you’ll see that you can enjoy this treat as often as you want as a perfect breakfast.
