Just like the original Resses, but even more nourishing and delicious. They are super easy homemade treat and totally addictive!
They come together in less than 15 minutes and you'll be happy to have something in the fridge for your sweet teeth cravings.

INGREDIENTS:
150 grams coconut-peanut butter from MyProtein
40 grams coconut, vanilla Whey Protein from MyProtein
100 grams dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
coconut chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare a cupcake tin with 10-12 liners
Stir peanut butter and protein powder together until smooth and well combined.
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of chocolate in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Dollop 1 to 2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
Cover each dollop of peanut butter with more chocolate and smooth out the top.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate has hardened.
Remove peanut butter cups from the liners. Enjoy!
You can store them up to 7 days in fridge.
