With nutty crust, crumble top and packed with raspberries and peanut butter, this healthy and nourishing crumble is a delicious way how to start your day and fulfil you sweet tooth cravings!
Also it it without added sugar and naturally sweet thanks to the raspberries.
For this recipe you will need just a few ingredients, it is really easy and super quick recipe and can be enjoyed for breakfast as well as healthy dessert.

INGREDIENTS
Crumble:
200 grams oats
50 grams spelt flour
50 grams butter or coconut oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp honey/flavdrops
Filling:
80 grams Peanut butter
Raspberry Jam:
200 grams raspberries (can use frozen)
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp chia or 1 tbsp cornstarch
INSTRUCTION:
Preheat oven for 180 degrees and spray tin (20x30cm) with oil and line with baking sheet
Firstly we need to prepare Raspberry Jam. In a small pot place raspberries and on a medium heat cook for 3-5 minutes. After raspberries are soft and leaky, add vanilla, honey and chia seeds, mix well together and let it chill till you finish crumble
For crumble put oats, spelt flour, butter, peanut butter and sweetener of your choice into a mixing bowl and stir together until well combined
Half of the crumble mixture transfer to the tin and by the fingers or glass press to the bottom
Spread peanut butter on crumble, add raspberry jam and sprinkle with the rest of crumble mixture
You an add flaked almonds on top
Put the tine into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top
You can serve the crumble hot or just let it cool for a bit and then cut into even bars
