These delicious protein bars re made of peanut butter, protein powder, filled with caramel layer from dates, topped up with roasted peanuts and covered in chocolate!
They remains me a taste of snickers but in much much healthier and nourishing version. Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and they are naturally sweet because of the dates.

INGREDIENTS
Base:
150 grams peanut butter
100grams blended oats
2 scoops protein ( I used vanilla, but you can choose which one you prefer )
50ml coconut milk ( any non dairy milk can be used )
Flavdrops/honey
Caramel layer:
60 grams dates
80grams peanut butter
1tbsp honey
1tbsp coconut milk
Topping: chocolate, coconut oil and roasted peanuts
INSTRUCTION
Firstly we need to prepare base for protein bars,
Blend your oats until smooth or use oat flour/instant oats and mix them together with protein. Then add peanut butter, milk and honey or flavdrops and mix well together until smooth and combined
Transfer the mixture into the tin and press to the bottom, you can use glass or just press with your finger and put to the fridge till you finish the caramel
For caramel layer, put the dates into bowl and pour over hot water, let is soak for 15-20 minutes
Mix Peanut butter with honey and coconut milk and dates and mix together in blender for 2 minutes until the mixture is creamy and well combined
Take bars out of fridge and spread filling on top, then top with roasted peanut and put to the freezer for 30 minutes
In a meantime melt chocolate with 1tbsp of coconut oil
Take bars from freezer and cut them into even bars, cover each bar in chocolate and let chill for 5 minutes in fridge
You can store bars up to 7 days in the fridge. Enjoy!
