COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

Did you ever tried chia pudding? It is one of the easiest recipes I actually did, you need just 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of your time. It is loaded with healthy fats from chia seeds and coconut milk and the best thing is that chia seeds have power to keeps you full for longer!


It's perfect as a nutritional snack or a breakfast on the go, just put chia pudding to the jar and take it with you for breakfast to the office, as a snack after gym or even as a breakfast to the train.


I am a big coconut lover, so I used coconut milk which makes the pudding super creamy and also added shredded coconut for extra flavour. All you need to do is mix all the ingredients together, pretty simple right? After you finish your pudding you just needs to chill it in fridge for few hours and then top up with your favourite topping. You can use all types of fruits, nuts or nut butters.

INGREDIENTS


1/4 cup fo chia seeds

1 and half cup coconut milk

30 grams shredded coconut

1tbsp honey or flavdrops

For topping:

Banana/Almond Butter/Coconut flakes

INSTRUCTION

  1. Firstly mix honey with coconut milk until smooth and well combined

  2. Add chia seeds and coconut and stir together

  3. Put mixture into fridge and let it cooled overnight

  4. After few hours coconut chia podding should be done, if is it too thick add some coconut milk, is too thin add some chia seeds and let it in the fridge for a few more hours.

  5. After your pudding is finished, top with your favourite toping and serve. Enjoy!
