Who loves snacks as much as I do?!
If you do, Then you need to try this no-bake Almond granola bars, naturally vegan, gluten-free and full or fibre and nutrition. These make such a great snack or go-to breakfast.

Also, you can totally customize it to your own taste. Just add favourite nuts, nut butter or add chocolate chips, whatever you are fancy! I am currently totally in love with Almond Butter so I used it in combination with whole almonds and I added some almond flakes for extra flavour.
And the reasons why I love those no-baked bars?
They are really easy to made and come together in less than 15 minutes.
You can make them in many variation, so you'll never get bored!
They can be prepared in advance and then just you can take them with you everywhere.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (150g) cup Oats
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup (80g) Almond Butter
1cup (100g) Dates
1/2 cup (50g) Chopped Almonds
2 tbsp Sesam seeds
2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Flex seeds
2 tbsp (50) ml Honey
Optional: Chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Soak dates in hot water for 15 minutes, puree them in a food processor and make a date paste.
Mix oats, cinnamon and all nuts and seeds in bowl. Add almond butter, honey and prepared date paste.
Mix everything together with your hands or spoon until well combined.
Line 20x20cm pan with baking paper and transfer your dough into the pan. Evenly press down into the pan.
Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Then cut into even bars, around 15 bars.
Bars can be stored up to 7 days in the fridge.
